We use AI-assisted tools where they help draft, analyse, organise, test, or improve work in a practical and appropriate way. Human review remains part of the process before client-facing work is relied on.

Client data is only used for the purpose of delivering agreed work, support, troubleshooting, or improvement. Sensitive information is minimised, handled carefully, and protected with active security measures.

We restrict access to client data to the people, systems, and tools needed to deliver the work. We take practical steps to protect data from unauthorised access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss.

04 Automation and Integrations

Automation systems move data between approved tools such as forms, CRM, email, booking, analytics, reporting, and support platforms when that data flow is needed for the agreed work.
